Analysis of Thermal Characteristics of Airborne Integrated Environmental Control System

Taking the simplified airborne integrated thermal management system as research object, change characteristics of under different control modes are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for study schemes. Using combination mathematical models and computer to establish an model with fuel main heat sink, air/fuel exchanger, fuel/PAO exchanger other components, A fuzzy self-tuning PID method is proposed analyze such electronic equipment changes. The results show that compared open-loop extreme conditions, mode can not only effectively series pumps maintain proper speed, but also ensure cabin outlet temperature kept within predetermined range meet design requirements onboard system.
